1. About Lexora Flashcards
Lexora Flashcards is a web application that helps users create, study, and share educational flashcard content. We integrate with TikTok's Content Posting API to allow users to publish flashcard videos directly to their TikTok accounts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use the TikTok integration features.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you create and publish. You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, not upload illegal or harmful content, and maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. TikTok Integration & Authorization
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Lexora Flashcards to access your basic profile information and upload and publish video content to your TikTok profile on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time via TikTok Settings → Security → Authorized apps.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you create and post through Lexora Flashcards.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lexora Flashcards is provided "as is". We are not liable for account suspension, content removal, data loss, or any indirect damages from your use of our service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
